About Us
A family rooted in love
Who We Are
Faith for every day
Faith isn’t just something we talk about on Sundays—it’s a way of living each day with purpose and hope. Whether you’re exploring faith, returning to church, or looking for a place to grow deeper in your walk with God, you’re welcome here.
As a congregation of the Church of God in Christ, we are a Holiness-Pentecostal fellowship, open to the gifts of the Holy Spirit as described in the Bible.
Our History
Our church history is being prepared with church leadership.
We will share the story of Greater Heights here once it has been reviewed and approved for publication.
Our Values
Love God, love others, and share the good news of Jesus Christ.
Prayer, Praise & Worship
We believe in a foundation of prayer as our primary offensive weapon against the tactics of the devil. In prayer, we communicate to God and listen as He communicates to us through the Holy Spirit. Praise and Worship serve as additional weapons in our spiritual warfare “tool belt,” grounded in scripture, aimed at glorifying God that not only honors Him but also brings us nearer to Him.
Love
We are committed to loving God and loving others, and to be known for our love for one another.
Service
We are called and dedicated to serve our community and those in need, through both physical and spiritual acts of love and kindness.
Evangelism
We seek to spread the good news of Jesus Christ to all people, and to share the gospel through both deed and word.
Discipleship
We prioritize the practice of discipling others in the faith, helping them to grow in their understanding of the Bible and their relationship with God.
Stewardship
We strive to be wise stewards of the resources God has given us, using them to meet the needs of the church and community.
Unity
We seek to foster unity in diversity, standing together as a church family united in our purpose of sharing God’s love.
Holiness
We strive to be a holy people, living in obedience to God’s Word and in surrender to the transforming power of the Holy Spirit.
Mission
We seek to fulfill the Great Commission, making disciples of Jesus Christ in our region and beyond.
